Hey you know tht business model is not new.
Earlier there was a website which did same but for not blogs but for general website.

They had some plugin to be used into internet explorer and eveytime surfed through the websites listed on their page we got credits which could be used to display our site on first position in their search results as well as to be displayed on others computers.

Please take my words for it dont waste your time on that. If your content is good people will come to you eventually and if the content is really very good then search engines will also send you your visitors.
