Most hosters are confusing, even my hosting is. Thats why the admins try to make it as easy as possible by them doing most of the work etc...
That would explain why admins participation in the forum is low.
I don't even understand the bizhat.com hosting request stuff, its confusing to me also.

But I know one thing is that my hosting plans aren't very difficult to understand. ;)

Anyway, ask someone who does get hosting from bizhat.com and just recently got the hosting too.
