free dosen't mean that you are not allowed to complain.

The admins have the right to delete any post the object to. Considering they cannot be bothered to update their users it is apparent they don't care. I have had my account with Bizhat for a long time, and I wish the hosting was better. As it is free I have to accept the good with the bad.

But I always have the right to request better service or voice my opininon when I don't think that the service is up to snuff.

The admins also have the right to delete my account and webspace at any time they want.

My biggest problem with all of this is I can't download a copy of my site.

    Totally agree...same problem here!
Well really both of you it would be sensible to already have a copy of your website on your computer and then you wouldn't have any problem with needing to download it!!

I actually have a copy of the site itself. What I don't have is a DB backup which is updated by users everyday and thus cannot be backedup so often.

Default YOU CAN GET YOUR CONTENT without LOGGIN IN :-)

I was able to get all of my content off my site http://savj14.bizhat.com by dowloading a program called WebCopier. It basically grabs everything you have. Folder, pics, whatever it is and saves it to your hard drive in the exact format you have it uploaded.

Its a free 15 day trial.......... It worked perfectly for me let me know how it works for everyone else

You are very welcome in advance

I have most of my website backed up, but I want to make sure I have the most recent copy, and since half of it is in php it is hard to save my data without an ftp server
