Dude, be kind! Fixing the problem is not the hard work here. They could just reset their databases and provide you with a new password and that would be it. But they must detect the cause of the change in passwords (probable hacking) and they must make sure this doesn't happen again. And until then, they won't be able to put the server up.
Just be patient as someone said.

Everyday morning I check is ftp problem is solved but all day's I am disappinted with that.... so I put a post like that... I think all people are waiting to fix this problem.... mee too...
