FTP Login Problem

Hello Guys !

I have problem while trying to login to my bizhat FTP site to upload some data.
I am using Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional 2006 to connect to FTP site.
I tried with following combinations

FTP Server myname.bizhat.com
Login Name myname.bizhat.com
Password mypassword

AND

FTP Server ftp.bizhat.com
Login Name myname.bizhat.com
Password mypassword

But my FTP client says

Finding Host ftp.bizhat.com ...
Connecting to 69.46.2.18:21
Connected to 69.46.2.18:21 in 0.000000 seconds, Waiting for Server Response
Error reading response from server.
Connection closed by remote host.
Host type (1): Automatic Detect

Then I tried using MicroSoft Internet Explorer
following URLs

ftp://myname.bizhat.com

ftp://ftp.bizhat.com

ftp://myname.bizhat.com:[email protected]

ftp://myname.bizhat.com:[email protected]

But in all cases IE says

Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly, and you have permission to access this folder
