Try to login with the new default password you get by email.

check your email for a reset password as well ~ i know that my ftp pass is different than the site login ~ i cant say i know exactly how things work here~ but it would be my guess that you'll be getting that email if you havn't already~ and if not then maby drop a request for you ftp pass in the request topic:
