well by reading your title, I think you meant "make" streaming video.

I recommend Adobe Premier and Pinnacle Studio's. bother are very good at making and editing video.

if you're doing only minor stuff use pinacle - for semi-professional editing use premiere and for professional use avid dvexpress.

but only for creating a simple streaming video everything will do, also movie-maker :lol:

I use Ulead Media Studio because i could study it easily and get my work done perfectly. When i need to do some video editing, i consider studying Adobe Premier, but i can't study it myself, may be because i don't spend much time on it.
