Start/Run / in the Open Box type "regedit " with out the "" go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\M*crosoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Control Panel] Homepage=0x00000001 (1)

If this DWORD Homepage doesnt exist just create it by clicking on a blank spot in the Right panal and then click on DWORD and rename it to HOMEPAGE . Modify the Value Date from 0 to 1 will unlock and lock it.. the # 1 will lock it..

I think this will lock your homepage to whatever you've set it to.

When spyware apps try to change your homepage to their own address, they won't be able to do so.
