I'm at the step right now where I am trying to find that update.exe Where is it located? I couldnt find it in the C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player

Completed all other steps.. So far everything smooth...

4. extract wmp11.exe in the same folder
only right click on file and select"extract"
select the same folder

Are you recieving the Download Session Invalid Message from rapidshare?

However WMP11 is now officially available to download from the microsoft website.

BTW I cudnt download 4m rapidshit bcoz I've static IP
and it gives msg
"This IP is already downloading bla bla bla bla"

and I dont want to use the so called rapidshare hacks
which doesnt work out for me

hmm i see that.

How he can? Are you saying that he should change his ISP? this does'nt mean someone using his IP (Its a problem with rapidshare with Static IP's & it blacklists most of them :(, i don't know why :(), because most of the ISP's have closed servers means that none can use that IP if he is'nt connected to the server.(Vice Versa of Proxies ;))

Some proxies worked for me, but bcoz of slow connections and high latency the connection use to break and I've to start again
So no proxies also


Just waiting for a good broadband service at my doorsteps
