Let's say you've already done what you needed to do to start your business. In my experience, this is the most important rule in business.

SPLIT your time up between working ON the business and working IN the business.

Project work can kill a small business. If you're too busy working IN the business (head down, ass up working away)...who's working on the biz?

that tip has to be one of the best ive heard in a business forum...i mean its so simple and makes perfect sense...yet we all tend to forget the message!...thanks
