The Second and Final Phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to MCA Course 2012-13 in Government, Aided and Government Controlled / Private Self Financing Colleges of the State have been published on the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Candidates can view their allotment .More details relating to the centralised allotment process are available .
Enter the application number, roll number and key number in this site to access each ones homepage and download the allotment memo. The candidate should take a print out of the allotment memo. The details such as candidate's name, roll number, allotment details, reservations allowed, tuition fees/amount payable in bank etc are available in the allotment memo.

Newly allotted candidates should approach one of the designated branches of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT) along with the allotment memo and remit the prescribed tuition fees/amount on 5th and 6th of December 2012 and get the fee receipt. The list of designated branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) is available on the website. Candidates who do not remit the fees/amount in the bank on the specified dates will lose his/her admission.

Candidates receiving allotment should report for admission to the Principal of the allotted colleges on the 7th and 10th of December 2012, along with the allotment memo, fee receipt and originals of documents specified in clause 13 of the Prospectus. The candidates who do not take admission in colleges on the specified dates will also lose their chance.

Candidates, who receive allotment to their higher options in the 2nd phase of allotment, should compulsorily get the TC from the present college and join the newly allotted colleges on the above specified dates, failing which they will lose their current admission. The Principals of Colleges should compulsorily relieve such candidates by issuing TC and return all amounts and documents collected from them.

Principals of Colleges shall furnish the non-joining report online and its signed printout by fax to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at 5.30 pm on 10th December, 2012
