i have mp3s which I made - will they get deleted?

hi. i got a couple of mp3s up on my website from my demo album which i made, will they get deleted?

theyre not copyrighted or anything because i'm still livin in a 2 bedroom house in the hood, hot water is glorious for me. lol

You just upload a copyright.txt file with following content

File: name_of_the_file.extn
Description: just say what the file is

This is required for all BIG files to make sure they are leagal.

If they're your own MP3 songs, then I don't see why they should be deleted.
