STUFFED BREAD PAKODA...
Any1 who loves vada pavv,or mumbai street snack will definitely love this dish..U can make tht same chatpata flavour in UROWN kitchen easily....Hot potato bread with this two tangy and sweet chutneys is juz enuf for UR evening chats....TRY IT...

INGREDIENTS:
#For batter-
*Gram flour-1 cup
*salt
*Asafoetida/hing/kaayam-1 pinch
*Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
*chilli powder-1/2 tsp
*Rice flour-3 tablsp
*water
#For potato filling:
*potato-2
*mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
*ginger-thinly sliced-1/2 tsp
*curry leaves n coriander leaves
*oil
#Bread -8

METHOD:
*Boil potatoes in salted water n mash well
*Heat 2tsp oil,add mustard seeds,then add ginger, mashed potatoes,chilli and leaves.Add enough salt and saute well
*Take 2 breads,slice off its sides.ON 1 side of bread spread this potato filling,and place another bread on top,like filling jam between 2 breads.
*now divide this bread to 2 pieces,diagonally.
*Make loose batter with all ingredients given for batter
*Dip these bread in batter and fry in oil
*U can also avoid these frying and simply toast bread with some butter on top
*Make sweet dates n tamarind chutney,and pudhina chutney for dipping
