    Default C Book

Well I dont know about e-book but i know about Printed Book.
Book Name : Programming in C++
    Author : E. Balaguruswami.

This author has good enough knowledge to explain about C++ programming

The same author written book for Programming in C also.
These two books are nice, and easy to understand. we can say it is the best book,

By the way if you want to be Master in C & C++ programming than just do one thing......
Go through First Page to Last Page of both books and Try to impliment your own logic for all the programme, If you dont have enough programme defination for creating programme then just tell me i will provide you some nice programme.

Hope this is sufficient for you.
