Ingredients

Potatoes diced- 2
Capsicum diced- 1
Chopped onion- 1
Ginger paste- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tablespoon

Method

Heat oil in a pan. saute the onions till they turn light brown. Add the ginger paste and stir for a few second. Add the coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder and stir for 30 seconds. Add the diced potatoes and capsicum and mix well. Add salt. Cover and cook on low heat till the vegetables are done. Sprinkle the garam masala powder and mix well. Garnish and serve hot with Rice or Roti.
