    Default people cant register

When people try to register in my forum they get an error message. I tried it myself and sure enough, it cant be done.

The message that comes up once you hit the "submit" button to register is:

"The confirmation code you entered was incorrect."

There was no place for a confirmation code to be entered and when I registered someone else yesterday, I didnt have this issue. What is this code that it wants? Where does this code come from and where are you supposed to input it so that people can register in my forum?

    PLEASE PLEASE help me.

    Hi,

I had the same problem with a forum a couple of weeks ago and just gave up and left when it said I had had to many attempts at registering.

Then yesterday the same thing happened again with another forum that I attempted to join.

I hope this problem can be sorted out soon.

    Thank You

The error is caused because the template you are using do not support CAPTCHA. To fix it Post your forum URL here.

    Default People cant register

    Hi Nokia,

When this issue first came up, I went into "configuration" and changed the button to not require a code to be entered upon user registration. I was able to have one person join after that change. The button remains the same and now others are telling me they cant register and that it wants a confirmation code.

Will you please take a look at my set up. I want to keep the same template as this seems to not be causing the problem as I have had 3 users register with this template running.

Ive sent you a PM with my URL, username and password.

Thank you so much for your help!! :adore:
