The allotment process of the PG Dental (MDS) Courses 2013 is scheduled to be held on 20.07.2013 (Saturday) at the Auditorium of Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaudu, Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates wishing to attend the counseling will have to download their admit card which is made available in the website . Candidates are required to fill in College and Course, which they would like to opt, in the preference form provided at the time of counseling. Candidates can opt only for that speciality and College for which vacancy exists at the time of counseling.

Selection and allotment will be strictly on the basis of Merit as per the Revised
Kerala State Merit list and Category lists for admission to PG Dental Courses 2013 published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala available in the website and on the basis of availability of seats.

If a candidate is not able to attend the allotment process on genuine grounds, the parent/guardian, or any authorised person can act as proxy at the risk of the candidate.
Such authorised person should produce an authorization letter duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in the format published in the website . Candidate/proxy has to produce the admit card issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala and submit the original certificates and other documents mentioned in it for verification. The candidates unable to attend the Counseling as per the schedule noted below, will not be permitted to attend for further allotments.

Candidates allotted to Courses should remit the fee in the College concerned as prescribed and take admission in the College allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees/take admission will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further allotments, if any. No extension of time for reporting to the College will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fees as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

Position from 121 to 319 From 1.30 PM onwards

The Schedule for Admission:
22.07.2013 and 23.07.2013 : All Candidates who get an allotment to a particular course and college at counseling shall remit the fee in the College allotted and join that college with the required documents
23.07.2013, 5 pm : Submission of non joining report by the college authorities
