problem with a pic

Can any one help me? my site is http://changout.bizhat.com
but my banner doesnt show up, its tag is .png, can anyone tell me how to fix it, so that people can see it? thanx

PS. How do i fix that "index of/" page and just make it go straight to "coming soon"?

In order to have the coming soon.htm page as your front page, you should rename it to index.htm or index.html

Also, your .png image file is not showing up because you haven't uploaded it to your root directory.

So rename the coming soon to index.htm or index.html
and upload your .png image to the same directory where the index.htm file will be.
