Nazriya Nazim seems to have probably committed biggest mistake of her career. The actress, who created a controversy prior to the release of Naiyaandi, is unofficially banned from Tamil film industry. Her decision to put the movie in trouble in the last minute has not gone well with local filmmakers. This will eventually restrict her to Mollywood, according to industry insiders. The Mallu girl shockingly expressed her anger against the makers of Naiyaandi just a few days before the release of the movie on Facebook. She took to social-networking site to allege the movie bosses of using a body double without her consent.

Nazriya Nazim had claimed that director Sarkunam used the body double to shoot an intimate scene and he did not take her permission. This was not the end of the story as Nazriya Nazim met the Chennai Commissioner and filed a complaint against the producer and the director. In her complaint, she alleged that Sarkunam abused and threatened her of disrespecting her community. Later, in a surprising development, the actress made peace with the makers of the movie. Many thought that Nazriya Nazim created the unnecessary controversy for publicity. Now, it appears like the incident was true and this might prove her costly.
