Speaking at the sidelines of the Chennai International Film Festival, Kamal Haasan said that he is ready to work with his friend Rajinikanth to commemorate the centenary year of Indian Cinema.

The Ulaga Nayagan said that it would not be plausible for a producer to make a film with two of them as their pay packet itself would consume a major portion of the budget.

Adding further on this, the star said that he is willing forego his pay but pointed out that he is not sure if Rajini would be doing the same.
