    imho php is the way forward (whichever version).

    phpNuke is just a CMS and is not the way forward as there is lot of security holes, if you are looking for CMS, go for Joomla or Mambo instead of phpNuke.

    I would prefer Vbulletin over phpBB,
    but if there are costs involved, then i am happy with what we are having now.

    Hmmmmm!!!!!

    I love phpBB, but I really like vBulliten!

    How about we wait and see if phpBB3 is a good version and if we don't like it, we can go to vBulliten?

    kenneth03, i am studying advantage and disadvantage of vBulletin. If vBulletin make the forum easy to use or manage, we can go with vBulletin.
