.htaccess can't upload? why?

i try to use php-nuke 7.3 in my website, when i uploaded it, it seemed i cant upload file name .htaccess... why?

this is the error log:

553 Prohibited file name: .htaccess
Transfer request completed with status: Failed, 1 SubItem(s) failed

I think that problem in host. Maybe it is one of rules of this host. So you can't uploads and use files .htaccess .
But you have php-nuke.. Try to delete htaccess. Maybe it will work.

On some host's .htaccess files are not working.
