    Default anyone know of a free software to make programs?

    does anyone have a program that is free and simple because i've really wanted to make programs but theres always those fees... thx guys that would be really helpful!!!

    hmm not sure what exactly you like to program , but I can refer you to Wikipedia and their list of open source programs.
    There is also a section about programming, just check it out 8) :

    If you have mastery in C language then by using Turbo C you can easily develop applications.

    You can get it by free of charge what i think.
