    Default index.html not working

    i cant get the index.html working, why? i deleted the standard index.html on new site to upload my own index.hml but why i am still getting the old index.html? help pls

    Post more details. you didn't mention your site address
    do make sure its named properly
    index.html is not same as index.HTML
    and index.HTML will not work
