    Default Virtua Tennis by Sega

To put it simply, tennis is a great sport. It's fun, but also challenging. Tennis is a game of summer, a game of sportsmanship. It is also a fast paced, all-out exciting, strategic competition between highly skilled athletes, nerve-racking for both players and spectators. Virtua Tennis for the Sega Dreamcast captures these real life elements and transforms them into one highly playable game.
Virtua Tennis has already enjoyed international success in the arcades but is now available for the home market. Which is a good thing because its fundamentally addictive gameplay could end up costing you big time as you long for just one more go.
The emphasis of this game is on fun. Almost anyone will be able to pick it up and enjoy it from the first serve. That's one of the hallmarks of a quality game. In fact, running up to the net and engaging furious volley action seems like second nature. The four-player mode could entertain a room full of people all night. Although simple to get into, there is a lot of gameplay to master.
Graphically, Virtua Tennis is fantastic. It's presented in high resolution and runs smoothly with extreme levels of detail. It's possible to recognise players like Tim Henman just from the texture maps used in game. Different surfaces affect the ball just as you would expect, but with practice you'll be able to use this to your advantage.
