Internet Download manager is better!!
it increase the download speed!
(faster than the windows download one)
it can be found in download.com
eventhough it have to pay to use the full.
although you can find serial & crack on some web!

flashget for http, but for p2p, i keep installed most clients as you never know where you can find what you are looking for, especialy if are looking for rare stuff. i found that DC++ is the best if you are looking for high speed downloads, specialy if you have at least one metropolitan hub.

Using download software will just decrease your performance... Windows is good enough!

i uses bittorrent to download files
but for some i would prefer to use peer 2 peer programs
like Kazaa,iMesh,Morpheus
Edonkey or Emule is a bit too slow for me or its many feel that its slow ?

KAZZA AND TORRENTS ARE NOT DEPENDABLE WITHOUT KNOWING TAHT THE DOWNLOAD WE R DOING IS EXACT THE SAME AS THE FILE NAME IS TOUGH THE..THING IS DIRECT DOWNLOAD FRON SITES DESENT AND GOOD BUT NOT A MASS AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCE BUT IT IS DESENT...

Yeh U Gave Vey Few Options Buddy,
FOr Downloading Stuff Like Microsoft Patches U Cant Use Bittorrent Or Kazaa. I Mean To Say Even If U Get It There, U Cant Rely On It.
I Use Flashget To Download STuff From HTTP And FTP.
Kazaa LITE And Torrent Are Exceptions I mean BOth Are Nice In There Own Ways. I USe Both
