How to proof opportunities in a simple way?

I have seen many say they are offering great opportunities here in this forum.

I have try out some offer based on the ad, its quite spent time to know wether the one will works or not.

Do you know how to proof opportunities in a simple way?

P.s : Please be noticed that I mean to proof (not to review or just check)

My best advice is to simply ignore these "great" offers. They are designed to sell cr@p to lazy, greedy people.
