Default Cannot Add Field In phpMyAdmin

i want to create new field in 'nuke_config' table, but it says

    Error
    SQL-query:
    ALTER TABLE `nuke_config` ADD `disable_site` VARCHAR( 1 ) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL

    MySQL said: Documentation
#1044 - Access denied for user: 'emptyspace_bizhat_com@localhost' to database 'emptyspace_bizhat_com'

so what's the problem creating new field anyway? am I put a wrong code?

PM ADMIN with your MySQL database, user and password. Old MySQL DB's won't have Alter Privilages.
