DVD cannot read...help~..

Do anyone know what is the reason of the window media player cannot read the DVD?....The movie in DVD cannot play...But the real Player can....

An Opinion :

Check the file type you are playing (with real player). Open Windows Media player, from the main menu, Tools->Options->File types, Check the desired file type's box and click on apply button. Try to play the DVD.

Vanilla Windows Media Player can't play DVD files, you need some third party codec like NVIDIA Pure Video Codec to play the DVD in WMP.
