well Ideally, you are supposed to have only 1 (One) account, and then post in the forums to upgrade said account. Fisrt of all, your second account would get deleted if you were found to have 2. second, even if you did, you would have to make posts to upgrade that one, and it would have to be under a different name.

Basically what I am saying here is that you should not make a new account, just continue to upgrade your original account.

Eliminator, your brother can create account for his use. There is no problem in it. But your brother should have a different web site :-)

That is you can't use your brothers web space for storing your web pages.

Only one account per member is allowed.

Only the account that associated with the forum username will only get upgraded.

You shoud use different email id to signup, more than one account with same email id will get deleted with out notice.
