depends on what you weant to do, javascript is proberly the best one to learn as it opens up what you can do, theres also alot of sites with pre made scripts so you just have to search for what ya want.

i think you know the html. if you want to make a web page please use css with html language. because it make more easy to design and re-design the web pages
