Default Powerful tools no webmaster should be without!

These are some of the tools I use for designing webpages & graphics, and I highly recommend them to anyone who's serious about creating a nice-looking website.

For HTML/CSS/Javascript coding, I use MetaPad - It has all of the features that a webmaster needs and none of the over-bloated junk that you never use & just takes up space on your hard drive. Fast, simple, small in filesize, free, no install needed. Perfect Notepad replacement.
This is the greatest piece of freeware ever written.

For all of my graphics/image editing needs, I use PaintShop Pro {versions 6, 7, & 8} - Much more user-friendly than Adobe Photoshop, isn't as hard on your computer's memory/resources.

One of the absolute best sites on the internet for freeware: NoNags.com - If you need a hex color picker, a WYSIWYG HTML editor, or even a good free graphics program, browse through the massive directory of free software these guys have got.
