    Default Frames and XHTML

    I would like to continue of using frames but with xhtml version strict and CSS. How could I do it?

    Default WordPress

    I don't recommend using frames in XHTML - especially strict. I suggest getting a WordPress blog, which is not just a blog, as it can have pages. PHP is way easier, and flexible. Also - you can make or search for different themes. There are hundreds.

    XHTML is really easy to do in WordPress.
