    CuteFTP, or Dreamweaver?

    the Dreamweaver FTP client, though it works, is very shake, and has a tendency to sometimes work (at least in my experience). I would stick to a different FTP client like CuteFTP or AceFTP.

    er..i've not tried to upload with dreamweaver before..but cuteftp has been working well for me all this while

    cute FTP is the clear and obvious choice. why use dreamweaver to upload your files when dreamweaver is a HTML EDITOR and cuteFTP is a FTP CLIENT

    Dreamweaver have built in FTP client, but not good as CuteFTP or any other FTP Programs.

    How about Windows current FTP browser?
    i mean the windows that came out when you type
    ftp://******.****.***
    in the iexplorer address bar??

    I think use CuteFTP is good . I use cuteFTP Pro3.0 very good for upload file online.....

    if it helps, i use cute ftp always and no problem, also browser ftp:// works fine, dreamweaver for uploading-->not good.

    Default Dreamweaver

    As i have said in other posts, Dreamweaver is used by many php scripters but i do have to say the uploading is abit slow, with the server error all the time.
