I was just wondering how you can set the option to have a picture (in this case the squares where some are filled in green) to represent how many posts you have. I have already established the rankings, but would like something better than just a word typed in fine font stating what rank someone is.

Also, is there a way to assign something like quality points? I know a few other forums have those things where moderators can assign points and people who have enough get special privelages.
