FTP problem

Hi,
I'm not able to connect to my site through any ftp client with the details as
Host : sridhara.bizhat.com
Login : -do-
pwd : ********

Any clue how can I upload files?

log in wif the link above.
& have you receive your second e-mail?
something like
your account details.
i have also heard that,
many new user is pending for their account!

I can login there .. but not through a FTP client. If I click the "File Manager" also , It doesnt take me anywhere

it seems like your account isn't validated yet.

no it should be validated even mine is validated just not made. if it wasn't validated it would be cancelled.

Have you got 3 emailS
1 comfirming mail
1 is thanking you for confirm
1 is your account info.
If you don't get the third one,
your account is maybe not avaliable.

you mean the admin never confirmed it himself?

You will normally get 3 mails
after you have successfully create a account.
haven't you notice that??
first mail ask you to confirm your request.
next, after you have confirm,
it will thanks you for participating bizhat or that sorts of things.
lastly, after your account is really created,
it will give you your account info.
am i making myself clear enough??

Yeah I got 3 mails and I'm able to login through web interface. however I'm not able to open file manager or through any ftp client

You could also just download a FTP program- I use WS_FTP. It's quite simple to use.
