    Default Learn to surrender

    Hello,
I have learned that I don't need to be in charge
and control with every aspect of life. Not only
does it feel better to share the good and the bad
with others, but you actually feel lighter and hope-
fully happier. I don't know if it's because I'm getting
older or it's because with age comes wisdom. But at
some point in life one should realize that it's not worth
the effort to control everything. Getting rid of some of
the negitive, the worring, wanting to be in the middle
of everything, is not so important after all. :D

I realize that I cannot control and change what I want
all the time and why should I.Allow someone else to
take on the responsibility. Let someone handle things,
it's ok. I am more relaxed and at ease right now. I do
what I can and nothing more. My health, body and
especially my state of mind is healthier, with less things
    to worry about. :)

See, It's not so bad to surrender. :D

Agree! Inner peace is very important.

There is an optimal balance between "surrender" and "not-surrender" finding it can be hard but it's worth it.
