    No doubt that yoga is a healthy exercise. I do it regularly. It has lot of benefits. it is good for weight lose. It keeps us fresh and active. It provides fresh air to our body which is good for health. I suggest everyone to do yoga daily.

    Well Yoga is really useful exercise especially it has been really effective in Stress and depression . It is really helpful to lose your weight . It gives your mind satisfaction . It strengthens your body .
