Our old provider asked to to pay $3488.00 as bandwidth usage charge for past 6 months and suspended the server. They charge $2 per GB once the Bandwidth limit is reached. If Data Center told us first month itself, we could upgrade to a server with more bandiwdth. They don't provide MRTG or any other way to monitor bandiwdth.
Anyway we have ordered new server with more bandwidth from SAVIS Data Center, it take near 48 hours to setup new server. We finished installing Apache, PureFTPd, MySQL and Control Panel within 4 hours of getting the root password. We have restored all MySQL data base from Backup, we could not take backup of files before the old server went down, so all files are lost.
All are requested to upload files from your backup. MySQL Database restored from our backup and you can access it with existing MySQL user name and password.

it says that and i uploaded all my files It Vbulliten but i go to instll it an that keeps coming up can anyone tell me what this means lol i get confused very easily
