this converting software!!!

though DAT can open by windows media play.
But if you want to store videl file in HD
It would be better to save as MEPG file

I thought just renaming AVSEQ01.DAT to MyMovie-1.mpg was enough.

Dat file is not same as MPEG.You need a converter to convert it to MPEG

is there anywasy to change the clip into wmv form ...
but stays in the same Quality of the mpeg or date

Get windows movie maker, put the clip in there, then save it again on the highest res possible. That should keep all the quality and it will make it .wmv
