Seems like a piece of junk, you'd better not put that on your computer...
To much crap and one day your computer will crash or be super slow instead of more fastened.

Most of these tools do nothing but fiddle around with a couple of registry entires/clear cookie cache etc. This, in conjunction with other processes that may be happening can be disasterous

I would rather just do what this program does manually. There are many great guides on how to increase performance of your PC, the guide posted by Exile above is a good start.

The only thing to truly accelerate your pc is get more memory (ram), faster CPU, faster hard drive, stronger graphics card, etc. Programs do not work. They cannot work.
