CSS Design Galleries ?

I'm starting this topic, and would like to hear your opinion about CSS Website Galleries.
Here is the list that I have "filtered" out ...
CSS Web Design Galleries - Links - Vision.To Design

You as web designer, what is your experience ?
These days everyone can start a web gallery, just get plug-in for wordpress.
So which of them are a serious, that real web designers JUDGE your work ?
Or You just submit and get happy if they accept it ?
But what if your fine designed website is not accepted and you see some very ugly design being accepted ?
