Some ideas on how to cut back on sodium:

Check labels on frozen entrees, canned fooods, and cereals. Make sure that your food has no more than 500 mg. Most resturants especially chinese and japanese food contain sodium. Try to avoid fast food. Did you know that a cheeseburger has more than 1,000 mg of sodium. Try using peppers, herbs, spices, lemon juice and vegetable seasonings on food in place of salt when cooking.
