Else, try downloading the trial of Koolmoves.
It;s one of the programs where you can create in WYSIWYG mode but also can add effects etc by JScode and other codes. After that, try opening the created (simple) flash with a flash text-editor... Nice to learn that way.

There's no better way to learn then 'to learn from your mistakes'

The best way to learn flash is to just get the demo of Macromedia Flash MX 04 and mess around. It will take you a while but you'll get it eventually
