Travel and Leisure Magazine asks their subscribers to vote each year on the top 10 best cities to travel to. Bangkok consistently makes the top 3 when it comes to Travel and Leisure polls for best city to travel to. This year it was #1, just like in 2008. Chiang Mai, Thailand is #2.
