FTP problem!!!

when i log in and try to go to my ftp file manager it does not seem to exist :? does some one know anything about this
my site is http://php-project.bizhat.com but i cant change the index file or what so ever :(

Wait for the site to become active and then you should be able to use FTP. After visiting the site you should now be able to connect to it.

well my FTP now works fine :D now i can go and upload my website

FTP was yesterday for me as well yesterday. It's just a problem which is happening quite often now... :(

but why doesnt it work is their ftp instable or something if so they must run a better one :P so there wil be less downtime on the ftp
and since it is the only way to acces the files of the website a downtime of the ftp is then very annoying
PS:dont mind my typing errors :P im not a english guy you know :P
