Please Help I was Changing The styles then it came up with this iand wont let me view any pages beacuse this style is no longer there!!!

DO you have a scroll mouse by chance?
Anyway, you have to contact an admin and they will want your username and password to fix your problem, I think it is a common one.
You were trying to install a template that you didnt actually have installed.

When something similar to this happened I had to reinstall phpBB. What I find is a good idea is to install a style but not make it the main one or the one you use. Create a new "test" user and change the users style to the new one. If it works OK you can then delete the user and make it the main style to the forum.
