Cannot submit new page

Been on here for years with no problems.

I created a new page, but when I go to publish it, it will not load to the server.

I always used Frontpage, I alos just tried Dreamweaver and the FTP you get when you sign in ... none of them would publish the new page.

I can update pages that are already there, no problem.

Any advice?

I even tried copying a file called 2008Transactions (planning to then update the new file I created) ... but that wouldn't work either
