    Life Changes

New Job, Moving, Etc. Children heading off to college, a woman's return to the workforce, retirement...even happy changes can shake up the equilibrium of a marriage. Probably the toughest changes to assimilate in traditional marriages (male as breadwinner; woman as homemaker), is when the roles shift. When a woman goes back to work after being a homemaker (especially if she becomes very successful), or a husband loses his job or retires, the couple has to readjust their expectations of each other. "Zack's heart attack meant it was time for him to retire. It's not always so easy to accept shifts in the status quo. It can be a howl of outrage from one partner when the other changes the fundamental agreement. This is especially true if the change is voluntary.. But without the distraction of the children, they may be forced to confront themselves and their own relationship.

Danger: Faced with stress and change, couples often withdraw from one another or blame each other for their own dissatisfaction. Opportunity: Change can stir a relationship into a new phase of intimacy as well as free each individual to develop in new ways: A traditional breadwinner who retires may be able to be closer to the grandchildren; a homemaker who returns to the workforce may enjoy achieving in a new arena. Try this exercise!

Default Tips to preserve your Saree

For the first wash, soak the saree in salt water and then rinse well in cold water.

Do not wash with soap in the beginning.

In case of stains, wash with cold water immediately.

Make sure to change the saree fold once a month in order to avoid zari breakage.

    Stains

Stained silk sarees should be dry-cleaned as soon as possible. Dyes and sizings tend to discolour with moisture. Therefore attempting to remove stains with water is not recommended without first testing the silk for colour fastness. It is difficult to remove a concentrated food or beverage stain. Scrubbing or pressing could ruin the fabric.

Default Be Skeptical Of Your Thoughts

Be Skeptical Of Your Thoughts - Your mind tells you what you need to do, why you need to rush, who you need to impress. You think of this parade of thoughts and demands as your "self," but it isn't. Often it is a mechanical reaction that you mistake for your own conscious delideration. Become a skeptic of the mind that pretends to be looking out for your interests, but only seems to lead you into greater stress and suffering. This is not only better for your brainpower but for your life in general.

Default 7 Tips to Choosing the Best Motorcycle Helmet

    1- Does it fit?

One of the most important things any motorcycle helmet must offer is safety. Many inexperienced riders will often buy a helmet that's too big. Whilst this may be more comfortable it doesn't offer enough protection if it's too loose.

    2 - Is it comfortable?

You may be wearing your helmet for long periods of time such as on long journeys. Therefore it's very important your helmet's comfortable. You don't want to get a headache half-way through your journey which will cause a distraction.

3 - Is it competitively priced?

It may seem a bit obvious, but some manufacturers can get away with charging above market value for products. However, brands such as Nolan offer helmets that give optimum performance at competitive prices. Lookout for Nolan Helmets next time you're shopping.

4 - Have you tried it on?

It's surprising how many people will buy a motorcycle helmet without trying it on. You need to make sure it fits properly and is comfortable. Even if you're buying online you can easily exchange it for the right size if it doesn't fit.

    5 - Is it suitable?

What type of biking will you be doing? If you're using your bike for commuting you'll need a different sort of helmet than if you use your bike for sports. Caberg helmets are great for off-road biking and sports usage.

6 - What gender is the helmet built for?

There are differences between male and female helmets. Since head shapes vary slightly between genders. To ensure your safety and comfort you'll need to get the right gender. There can often be style differences too.

7 - Are you happy with it?

Finally, are you happy with your chosen motorcycle helmet? Can you afford it? Is it fit for the job? If the answer to all these is yes, then you have found the best motorcycle helmet for you. Being happy with you purchase is the most important thing to consider if you want to get a long life from it.

    Default Painful shave

    Painful Shave

Hard to shave a couple days worth of stubble without irritation? Well buddy, I got a solution! Most people shave before they shower so the can wash off afterwords. But if you shave after the shower then your hair is more relaxed and softened. This helped me a lot there was very little friction. Plus the oils you excrete afterwords are helpful and shouldn't be washed away.
