I recommend you use core ftp and also check all your log in information is correct. :D

i had that problem before, but somhow fixed. I sudgest you check your settings or like iotehr people said, get a better client like SmartFTP or firezilla.

try logging in by using

ftp://username.bizhat.com:[email protected]

If that works, just dl a decen ftp client like http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla/
and put in the username and passwod from the url.

Note ":" charactre isn't part of the pass / username .
